āI joined a bunch of student organizations the moment I stepped foot on campus,ā says Danna Hernandez, a management information systems and global business major.
Danna, a self-proclaimed ādata nerd,ā made a spreadsheet of all her potential college choices before choosing °µTV. Since becoming a Wildcat, she has participated in numerous student clubs and organizations at the university. She has also founded the , an organization that provides resources and mentorship to first-year pre-business students.
She credits her involvement for her success and encourages future students to follow in her footsteps.
āThe best thing you can do to feel comfortable and like you have your āhome away from homeā is to go meet like-minded or a diverse group of people,ā she says. āIām still learning about so many different facilities that can help me be as successful as I can be.ā
